Commercial Office Build-Out

Full interior fit-out for a 2,500 sq ft professional office space in Boca Raton. The project included demolition of existing interior partitions, complete MEP rough-in, new drywall and ceiling grid, flooring installation, and finish carpentry.

Electrical work included new lighting layouts with dimmable LED fixtures, data cabling, and upgraded panel capacity to support the tenant's equipment needs. A small kitchenette and accessible restroom were also added.

The project was completed in six weeks with zero change orders — a direct result of thorough pre-construction planning and our self-perform capabilities across all trades.
