Whole-house interior renovation in Miami-Dade County, transforming a dated 1,800 sq ft home into a modern living space with an open-concept layout. The scope covered every room: kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and three bedrooms.

Structural modifications included removal of non-load-bearing walls to create an open floor plan, new window and door installations with impact-rated units, and complete MEP modernization throughout the home.

Flooring was updated with large-format porcelain tile in common areas and engineered hardwood in the bedrooms. The master suite received a complete bathroom overhaul with a custom walk-in shower and dual vanity.
