New Construction Residence

Ground-up custom residence in Palm Beach Gardens — a 3,200 sq ft single-family home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The project was managed from site preparation through certificate of occupancy.

Work included foundation and slab construction, structural framing with engineered lumber, impact-resistant roof and window systems, full MEP installation, and all interior finishes including cabinetry, countertops, tile, and trim work.

The home was designed to meet current Florida Building Code requirements for wind resistance and energy efficiency, with spray-foam insulation, high-performance HVAC, and LED lighting throughout.
