Room Addition

Seamless 600 sq ft room addition to an existing Coral Gables residence, adding a new family room and half bathroom. The addition was designed to match the existing structure's roofline, exterior finish, and window style.

The project required new foundation work, structural framing, roof tie-in with matching Spanish tile, and complete interior integration with the existing living space. All MEP systems were extended from the main house.

Special attention was given to matching the existing terrazzo flooring and stucco finish — the addition is indistinguishable from the original structure.
